Our Cork City Passive House has been shortlisted for the RIAI Architecture Awards – Please Vote!

We are delighted to announce that our Cork City Passive House has been shortlisted for the RIAI Architecture Awards 2017 in the Sustainability Category. In addition, all shortlisted buildings have been put forward for the People’s Choice Award which is voted for by the public.

This Passive House is less than 50% of the nZEB requirement, with 0.143 EPC and 0.145 CPC, and shows that nZEB standards can be comfortably achieved by using a fabric first approach rather than a renewable first approach.
