Latest Passive House begins..

Preparation for the insulated raft foundation has been progressing on our latest Passive House to begin on site in Waterfall, Co. Cork.

Kore’s insulated foundation system, EcoTimberSystems prefabricated timber frame, Rationel’s triple glazed Auraplus windows, combined with WMA’s Passive House design ethos combine to achieve high levels of energy performance, occupant comfort and low embodied carbon impact.
