Progress in Waterfall..
Our latest Passive House has been progressing over the summer months with the erection of the timber frame structure almost complete! Windows to follow in the coming weeks and the project will be weathertight in advance of the winter.
As with all our projects, materials have been responsibly sourced for their resilience, value, carbon content and energy performance.
The building is well within the Passive House performance criteria, and preliminary LCA (Life Cycle Analysis) assessments show that the building is well ahead of the embodied and operational carbon targets set in the RIAI’s 2030 Climate Challenge, as can be seen in the graph below.
