A typical 1770’s building office retrofit in Cork City Centre for a design practice. The unit was updated with wellness and biophilic criteria considered. Upgrade measures included improved electrics to meet contemporary technical requirements, full redecoration, new lighting and a flexible working layout. Ceiling mounted infrared heating and a heat recovery ventilation unit were also incorporated.
